Apartment with a cactus in the Arena Park residential complex

In the guest bathroom, there is a humorous reference to childhood in the form of a sculpture of a wooden man from IKEA, but of a gigantic scale. The play of scales, typology, search for associations give this place the opportunity to send an observer into his childhood, to awaken memories of him. It's cute and uplifting. But design is the mood, and the interior of this apartment is proof of this.
Both bathrooms, although minimalistic, are not boring at all. Of course, filling with sanitary ware, such as sinks “Galassia core”, “”, gives the space a special style, but it is important to see the skillful work of the designer not only in the selection of sanitary ware, but also in the correct and ergonomic arrangement of all equipment, the use of finishing materials and lighting , which is fully presented in these sanitary facilities.
Two bedrooms are made with the same functional set, but both are interesting in their own way. The head of the bed in one is made of wood panels, where the lighting is integrated, which sets the asymmetry, which is quite elegantly balanced by the bright suspension made of RENATA 32 glass. In another bedroom, a geometric lamp made of black metal of a simple laconic shape deserves attention, which gives volume, while clearly defining the axis of the room. This lamp was made to order and met the expectations of both designers and owners. It is also important to note the work desk and boudoir table in each of the bedrooms. A laconic solution in both cases, but a different feeling in space. The working table in the larger bedroom is combined with the TV area, which turned out quite organically and does not have a conflict of functions.
It is important to note the non-standard technique for kitchen equipment, which was used here in the form of a functional island with a sink, dishwasher, stove and hood; this aspect requires a pre-thought out engineering solution and correct wiring of networks. At the same time, according to the design in the combined kitchen-living room, the kitchen equipment became part of the furniture ensemble, that is, the removal of the equipment to the island made it possible to complete the rear cabinet structure to the entire height of the room, which significantly changed the appearance and typology of the kitchen. It is also important to note that it was here that the Elica PANDORA concealed built-in hood was used, which perfectly fit into this solution, and the island looks just like a monolithic granite bar.
Of course, the most striking accent of this space is the "terrarium" for the cactus - a structure made of glass and metal, which is the first to catch our eye when we find ourselves in an apartment with an outlandish cactus inside. This feature could give rise to the name of this interior - "apartment with a cactus." It is a decorative and functional partition, a design element, a center, an attraction for conversations, and a stimulator of ideas for hosts and guests. This is a great example of how a design thought can turn a feature into an unforgettable feature. It's cool and bold.
The layout was carried out optimally, fully based on the needs of the customer. Free planning solutions of the apartment, the presence of a sufficient number of connections to risers and ventilation shafts made it possible to organize two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. two bathrooms, one of which is more guest, the other is a master bathroom, i.e. master's. Flush-mounted doors are the leitmotif of this interior. Decorative plaster applied to the walls, imitating the texture of concrete, also covered the Dolce Porte doors.

The place where you want to stay” is the most appropriate name for the interior of an apartment

with an area of about 100 m 2 in an  angular shape and three panoramic windows. Such a metamorphosis happened to this apartment after the designer worked on it. Design work is hidden from view, but its importance can be understood by walking through this space.
