Pallet furniture: make a pool for Make Design

Along with the summer, comes the heat that begs for being soaked in water to cool off when not in the air conditioning. Swimming pool can be expensive, around R $ 10,000 just the fiber pool, besides the whole function of digging the hole and preparing the electrical part of the pool. The pallet furniture is here to stay and they are being adapted for other types of things for the home and one of them is the swimming pool.
Pallet pool: how to do it

For this project, as shown in the figure, you will need:

- 10 pallets - give preference to pallets in good condition, if needed, even buy new pallets
- Towels, sheets and cloths
- Nails, screws, hammer and drill
- Strap with ratchet to hold the structure
- Two large polyethylene tarpaulins (more or minus 5x4m)
- Strong adhesive tape
- Water to fill the pool

Now it's time to separate the pallets and start assembly. For this, it is important that the pallet is already treated, so that it lasts longer and does not cause problems with weather conditions.

Take the pallets and start the assembly process, always with the smooth wood being placed into the pool and the part of the pallet feet out.

Time to put the inner tarp. You will need to fasten it well at the edges to later be able to place the wood on top and hold it even better. So use one or two tarps and a lot of strong tapes to hold that tarp.

Make the shape of the pallet and fasten them with the mooring straps, remember to nail one pallet well on the other, all work well done in the construction of the part of the structure is a guarantee that your pool will not leak and will not be tight .

Apart from towels and sheets, I think it is an additional step, because placing only the tarpaulin for water is sufficient, if the tarpaulin has no holes and the floor where you are setting up your pool is flat and without sharp stones, you will not you will need to worry a lot about the liner. But, if you prefer, buy a double tarpaulin, that way you will guarantee greater security inside the pool.
